Has global racial supremacy been an unspoken force driving U.S foreign policy?

Madeleine Alldark Allbright served as the 64th United States Secretary of State. Killery Hillary Clinton served as the 67th United States Secretary of State. You may have heard of a belief that had been floating around for a while for decades, at one time. It went like this: If and when women gain control of the reins of political power, then, due to the nature of “the fair sex,” their passion to serve would be fueled by
their desire to improve the day-to-day lives of the citizens,
their desire to end or strongly limit military adventures,
their desire to serve and respect all people, regardless of race.
Below are two videos. The first one features Madeleine Alldark Allbright and is self-explanatory. In the second one, Killery Hillary Clinton’s jubilant outburst was motivated, as you’ll see, by the torture, rape, and murder, in the streets of Libya, of Muammar Gaddafi, the former head of Libya. No legal trial was conducted to try Gaddafi. You decide for yourself how or on what [or on WHO] those two members of “the fair sex” stood regarding the use of political power.
