I humbly, and seriously, suggest that former Zionists use the services of a BodyTalk Practitioner as part of the healing process that you are undergoing in your efforts to cleanse your bodymind complex of the dis-ease known as Zionism. My suggestion is not intended as some angry slap, or sarcastic statement, against the political movement called Zionism. (I did my angry-slap thing in other Substack articles)
At the end of this article, I will give links to specific BodyTalk pages where you can obtain information about BodyTalk, including the names and contact information of BodyTalk Practitioners in your area. Practitioners can be found in countries all over the world. A number of things inspired me to suggest BodyTalk for former Zionists.
The first thing that inspired me to make this suggestion was the testimony of former IDF soldier, former Zionist, and now anti-Zionist activist, Meital Yaniv, during an interview with Amy Goodman of Democracy Now. Meital is a member of the anti-Zionist group, Shoresh (שורש), based in the U.S.
At a protest, organized by Jewish Voices for Peace, at the California State Legislature, Meital recounts the horrors of Zionist genocide. At 1:40 into the video, you hear her say, “How starvation and hate shakes the body.” What stood out during the interview were Meital’s repeated references to her body and the bodies, particularly, of the descendants of Holocaust survivors:
“My body said ‘no.’”
“There was no other decision in my body.”
“There wasn’t a moment of care, to take care of what just happened in their bodies.”
“I mean, I feel like I see it as a fear of, of alienation, also an extreme form of victimhood, that is in our bodies.”
This is not normal usage of language. Here’s what Meital would have said had she not been victimized by Zionism, as well as—and this is what she said, not me—the inheritance of the memories of her elder family member survivors of the Holocaust. Note the exclusion of the word “body” and the exclusion of the word “bodies". This would be the normal way to speak:
“I said ‘no.’”
“There was no other decision.”
“There wasn’t a moment of care, to take care of what just happened.”
“I mean, I feel like I see it as a fear of, of alienation, also an extreme form of victimhood.”
The second inspiration for my suggesting BodyTalk sessions for former Zionists came from an elder African-American member of the Dimona, Israel-based group known as the African Hebrew-Israelites, also known as The Original African Hebrew-Israelite Nation of Jerusalem. Their group went to Israel, led by their leader, Rabbi Ben Ammi (Ben Carter) in 1969 and settled there permanently. They believe that they, and particularly all Black people of the United States, are the “true” descendants of the ancient Jews/Hebrews of the land of Canaan.
In an email exchange I had with him, I was absolutely shocked that this man, a descendant of the brutal slavery system that his ancestors had suffered in America, said something that directly reflected the typical blame-the-victim mindset of oppressors. Rather than lament the horrifying experiences of the Palestinian people during this genocidal attempt, by the Israeli government, to wipe them off the face of the earth, he said that it was the fault of the Palestinians that the IDF was killing them.
He used this metaphor: He said that when you stir a hornet’s nest, you can expect to get stung. I was absolutely astonished!! He made no mention of the 75 years of severe brutality by the Zionists against the Palestinian people, a ghoulish form of brutality that caused Hamas to strike back on October 7th, 2023. He clearly saw the Palestinian people as the oppressors. It was just shocking.
I know his group very well, because my blood brother, Marcus, who also goes by the name Yeshiah, was a member of the group until he and his wife, Mahaleyah, left the group, finally realizing that the group fit each and every single one of Marcia Rudin's 14 Common Characteristics of a Cult. Marcus and Mahaleyah produced the following two-part series, examining each of Rudin’s 14 signs of a cult, proving, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the African Hebrew-Israelite group is a cult (As is Zionism):
The third inspiration for my suggesting BodyTalk sessions for former Zionists is my knowledge of BodyTalk. I formally studied BodyTalk, under Mary Shields, an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, and I became a BodyTalk Practitioner. I practiced BodyTalk myself, for a while, using its consciousness-based healthcare techniques [BodyTalk is a consciousness-based healthcare modality] to resolve the physical, psychological, and emotional health issues of clients that could not be resolved by allopathic healthcare practitioners, such as medical doctors.
I stopped practicing when I decided to use my time to write articles, at Medium.com, to try to inspire young Black people to discard the victim mindset that too many young African-Americans posses. Then I started writing here, at Substack, and expanded the range of subjects I write about. For a very direct, step by step example of the BodyTalk system that I used to resolve the issues of my BodyTalk clients, read the Substack article I wrote entitled, The Vast and Vital Importance of Intuition and Intuition Development, where an example of an actual BodyTalk session I had with a client is shown in detail.
If you live in the United States, here are three very, very, very gifted BodyTalk Practitioners that I recommend that you attempt to obtain BodyTalk sessions from. All three of them are Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioners:
Tamara Gold (left), myself, and my wife Karen were all students together, studying BodyTalk under Mary Shields, an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Instructor and Practitioner, and a healthcare ENTITY who has mastered other healthcare modalities other than BodyTalk.
Tamara is simply unbelievable, not only as a BodyTalk Practitioner, but she has also mastered other non-allopathic healthcare modalities. A hint from me: Women are smarter than men. (Sorry, dudes, just face it.) Aside from the smarts, they’re also more intuitive, and they can think out of the box. (It ain’t fair!! 😡🤬). I am guessing that Tamara, at this stage, may have now surpassed even her instructor, Mary Shields, as a healthcare practitioner.
I’ve been a client of all three of them. Once, I contracted a brutal back pain that immobilized me. No position that I took changed the excruciating pain I suffered. I knelt on the floor. I tried to sit in a chair. I finally stood up, in great pain, to walk to the washroom, where I fell to my knees, hollering in deep pain. I hollered to Karen, “CALL TAMARA!!!!!”
She called Tamara on the telephone, and I received a remote BodyTalk session with her. Within less than 10 minutes, the pain had vanished, and I was in good shape.
Ben Manalo is scarry!!! And I mean that in a good way. His intuitive abilities are so, so great that, in navigating the Advanced BodyTalk Protocol Chart, a massive chart that serious BodyTalk Practitioners memorize, he would intuit what was happening within your bodymind complex, and jump from the beginning of the chart, skipping to some place way down the chart that his communication with “Innate” had directed him to go. Next thing you know, the session had ended, quickly, and I’d be like, “That’s ALL??!!”
I have had experience with all three of them as a client. It’s generally said that most BodyTalk client issues can be resolved within three to four sessions. With Mary, Tamara, and Ben, the issues I had were resolved after only one session.
Karen had a client who suffered from infertility. After 10 years of trying, she and her husband had had no luck in having a child. Well, it was the client’s mother that had informed her of Karen, after Karen had resolved a healthcare issue the mother had suffered from. Anyway, after one session with Karen, it was not long after that that the women became pregnant. And here’s the kicker, as the old saying goes: The client lived 800 miles from Karen’s studio, where Karen conducted a remote session with the client.
One attribute that I have always admired about BodyTalk is its in-built morality and honesty. If one obtains the services of a BodyTalk Practitioner, and during the session the Practitioner, through the use of an intuitive communication with the client’s “Innate”, discovers that the client needs the services of a different healthcare practitioner, such as a medical doctor, the session ends and the BodyTalk Practitioner will say, “For this particular issue that you’re suffering from, you should consult a medical doctor.” Or a Chiropractor, or Reiki Master, or whatever is appropriate for the client’s condition. No BodyTalk Practitioner will try to artificially hold you as a client, if, during the BodyTalk session, “Innate” reveals that you need the services of a practitioner of a different healthcare modality.
Again, do take time to check out the example of a BodyTalk session that I had with one of my clients, which is recorded within my Substack article entitled, The Vast and Vital Importance of Intuition and Intuition Development.
If Tamara, Mary, and Ben are not located in the area you live in, then use a BodyTalk Practitioner nearest you. Once you are satisfied—and I can almost guarantee that you will be—that your issue has been resolved, then you might wish to consider obtaining remote BodyTalk sessions for issues after that, although most BodyTalk Practitioners prefer that your first session with them be in person, so that you will have the confidence that the system works, and then you can have sessions remotely, without the physical presence of the BodyTalk Practitioner. Remember to ask if the Practitioner does remote sessions.

Here’s an admission. And it’s almost embarrassing to talk about. After the internationally-recognized crime of indiscriminate collective punishment against non-combatant Palestinian people—men, women, and children—that has been, and is still being carried out by the Zionists, all I could muster up was hatred against the Zionists, and I was wishing that I could somehow, metaphysically, render Zionist women as infertile.
But then I viewed Amy Goodman’s interview of Meital Yaniv. And the very second that Meital said, “in my body,” I broke out crying like a baby—literally wailing, as if a close relative of mine had suddenly died. Strangely, I felt a collective sense of shame, as if, somehow, I had been slaughtering Palestinians.
I could not stop the flow of tears. It was that automatic reaction that caused me to realize something: Zionism is a disease. And Zionists, despite their typical front of self-perceived supremacy over everyone else, are suffering.
Oh, most of them, no doubt, probably feel nothing, emotionally, about the 28,900 Palestinians slaughtered since October 7th, 2023. But to feel nothing is to be sick—extremely sick. I won’t ask you, reader, to feel sorry for Zionists. I’m just telling you how I felt, and now still feel, having come to the realization, through Meital Yaniv, who is definitely in touch with her soul [and who should consider becoming a BodyTalk Practitioner!!], that Zionists are not only sick, they are extremely sick. They are, perhaps, amongst the sickest people on earth. They need the services of BodyTalk Practitioners.
As we ended meetings, letters, and phone calls, back in the day, Peace out!
