The Threat of "Singularity" in the Transformation of Humans to Machines
PART II: Consciousness, Transgenderism, Postgenderism, Transhumanism, Posthumanism, Singularity
WHAT IS CONSCIOUSNESS?
The simplest definitions, of course, of consciousness are those offered by dictionaries:
the quality or state of being aware, especially of something within oneself.
the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings.
the awareness or perception of something by a person.
the fact of awareness, by the mind, of itself and the world
As I mentioned in the Introduction of this series, one scientist, Max Tegmark, describes consciousness as what it feels like to process information in complex ways. Both the modern dictionary definitions as well as the definitions created within the realm of modern science are limited to that which is immediately observable, and ignore other definitions of consciousness that have existed throughout history, or that are modern, but non-standard definitions that include subtle divisions of consciousness other than unconscious, preconscious and conscious. Sources of definitions of consciousness that predate modern western concepts of consciousness are mentioned in the book, Recovering the Soul, by Dr. Larry Dossey:
“…there are higher levels that have long been recognized in the elegant typologies of the East, but which are rarely spoken of in our [Western] culture. Mahayana Buddhism, Taoism, Sufism, Vedanta, Vajrayana, and various schools of yoga are some of the systems that describe a span [of consciousness] reaching all the way from the primitive, undifferentiated, preegoic state of the infant to the level of ultimate unity with the Divine, with many stages in between. In the West, we have stopped short in describing the span of consciousness at the level of the ‘healthy, functioning, ego,’ ignoring any higher dimensions that may exist.”1
BodyTalk recognizes five levels of “consciousness.” I created the following chart from information that I pulled from the book, BodyTalk Fundamentals. BodyTalk recognizes that “creative energies move downward from the conceptual to the manifested, through five different levels of body.” From top to bottom they are:
Bliss
Supramental
Mental
Vital
Physical2
I colored the levels, Bliss and Supramental to indicate that, personally, although BodyTalk is described as a “consciousness-based healthcare modality,” I do not consider those two levels to be levels of consciousness. Those to levels are Supra-Consciousness. BodyTalk itself, as you see, speaks of a level call Supramental, i.e., above the mental level.
Had I not experienced working at the Supra Consciousness level, using BodyTalk techniques of communication with that level, and had I not been successful in helping clients regain their health, I would not have re-evaluated the idea of Supramental, or Supra Consciousness being placed under the category of “consciousness.” Using the process of communicating with Supra Consciousness, by employing BodyTalk tools, which I described in this article, convinced me that something way, way, way deeper was happening at what BodyTalk calls the Supramental level. Quite frankly, one is highly tempted to say that the communication taking place at the Supramental/Supra Consciousness level is a communication with the soul. Dr. Larry Dossey says:
“Why speak of the soul in an age of science? Why suggest that there is some aspect of the psyche that is not subject to the limitations of space and time, and which might precede the birth of the body and survive its death? The main reason is that something vital has been left out of almost all the modern efforts to understand our mental life—something that counts as a first principle, without which everything is bound to be incomplete and off base.”3
Soul, spirit, intuition, Mother Wit, “aspect of the psyche,” non-local mind, are some of the terms used to describe that extra something within the human entity or outside of the human entity that, as some believe, animates and/or influences it. In order to avoid any religious arguments (even though I believe in the existence of a soul) or step on any religious toes, I choose to call that extra something either Supra Consciousness or The Supra Mental State. It is not mind. It is not consciousness. It is supra-mind, i.e., above mind.
Remember, the essential purpose of this series is to share my belief that, in light of what I consider to be very obvious attempts to enslave humanity, we must find every means of maintaining freedom. I believe that there is a mindset—a strictly materialistic mindset—held by people and institutions whose opponents call them “globalists” [I call them sick psychopaths and sociopaths] that views human beings, mind, body, and consciousness, in strictly utilitarian terms, only to be used for monetary profit, un-questioning obedience.
And that is the real reason for the de-personalization that is occurring in Western society, where the psychopaths and sociopaths (otherwise known as “leaders”) want to erase forever identities that our species have had for tens of thousands of years. You’re not a mother any more, because that term, in fact, enshrines you as, quite frankly, the single-most powerful being in existence. No, you’re not a mother anymore. You’re parent No. 1.
To our “leaders,” mother, you’re nothing special anymore. Of course, that is patently false. You, mother, create life. This means, by definition, that you share an Attribute of the Divine, that Attribute being called Creation. But, OH NO!! You can’t be a creator! That job is up to Klaus Schawb, and like-minded “leaders” who themselves want to “create.” To “make it plain,” as the old-time preachers would put it, they want to be GOD—over you. You’re just a tool—an object whose purpose is to serve “leaders,” and (of course) to make them rich.
As you saw in the 26-minute video in my Introduction article to this series, at the top of that page, Klaus wants to create you into something ELSE, with micro-chips in your clothes, under your skin, and in your brain to connect you directly, as he said, to “the digital world.” He said it straight-up, explicitly. Go listen to it again.
I call on people to reject the psychopaths and sociopaths who call themselves “leaders.” I ask you to inform others about this series. I ask you to think about finding ways to keep your freedoms.
TRANSGENDERISM, TRANSHUMANISM (The End Game), POSTHUMANISM
The first thing to understand is that there is a goal envisioned, by leaders, [Remember them?], that they are attempting to roll out in steps. The Western trans movement is not about love and caring for trans people, who are mere pawns in a big game. The Western trans movement is about fulfilling a goal, that goal being to control human beings.
To block any objection to that goal, the Western trans movement uses three tactics:
Pulling the heart strings of the general populace by using terms like equality, equity, egalitarianism, to gain public support for the decision and attempt of individuals to “transition” to the opposite gender. In other words, conditioning the public to “be nice” as members of The Church of Nice. Don a “Jesus-loves you!” smile, and tell trans people how “brave” they are, rather than telling them the dangers involved in their decision to attempt to trans. You know the routine—the Kumbaya routine.
Shaming the public by using labels to identify those who either question the transgender movement or object to it. One very popular shaming tool used is to cast those who object to transgenderism as suffering from some psychological disease. Thus, if you question or express objection to the idea of someone attempting to “transition” to the opposite sex, you will be labeled “transphobic.”
In my article, Transneurosis--Seizing the power to define, I strongly suggested that, very sadly, young women that had felt social pressure to attempt to “transition” to the opposite sex, and had undergone double mastectomies, and then suffered deep regret, had suffered from a socially-imposed Transneurosis. So it was not we who questioned or objected to the attempt to trans to the opposite sex who were suffering from some non-existent, invented disease called “transphobia.”
The people who were suffering from psychological problems, as Helena Kerschner, who had undergone a double mastectomy, testified to, were those who, under intense social pressure, particularly in online, “supportive,” social media platforms, had attempted to “transition” to the opposite sex. It was those unfortunate people, like Helena Kerschner, who had felt the “loving” pressure of a community that lauded the “benefits” of transitioning, but had little to nothing to say about the intense risks, inherent traumas, and perpetual economic burdens suffered by those who “transitioned.”
Those people were responsible for inducing neurosis in people like Helena. Transneurosis is the term I invented to describe Helena’s, and others,’ heart-wrenching suffering. If you haven’t had a good cry in a long time, I reluctantly invite you to perform a search, at YouTube, on “Transgender regret.” If it doesn’t cause you to cry, or at least tear up, I would be immensely surprised. The faaaaaaavorite tactic of hyper-activists of any belief: hollering loud enough and long enough to intimate people who have objections to their beliefs. This tactic has been used in the U.S. for some 60 years, and it works.
Well, let’s get back to discussing the real goal of the trans movement. Transgenderism and Transhumanism are intertwined. They both have as their goal the elimination of our natural human identity as a binary species. Both Transgenderism and Transhumanism perceive the human binary identity as a limitation that is blocking our ability, as a species, to “advance” to become superhuman beings, i.e., gods. The first step towards artificial self-evolution towards a self-created godhood state is to attempt to erase our natural binary-gender natures so that we can transition to a postgender state, a state considered superior to our current state. Any bolded and italicized emphasis is mine:
"Postgenderism is an extrapolation of ways that technology is eroding the biological, psychological and social role of gender, and an argument for why the erosion of binary gender will be liberatory. Postgenderists argue that gender is an arbitrary and unnecessary limitation on human potential, and foresee the elimination of involuntary biological and psychological gendering in the human species through the application of neurotechnology, biotechnology and reproductive technologies. Postgenderists contend that dyadic gender roles and sexual dimorphisms are generally to the detriment of individuals and society."4
What you discover when studying this madness is that a number of terms are used interchangeably. Transhumanism and postgenderism are synonymous. The transgender movement is a stepping stone towards transhumanism, obviously, as transhumanism cannot take place without the removal of our natural, gender binary identity.
I repeat: It ain’t about being equitable, equal, fair, egalitarian, nice, protecting “rights,” singing Kumbaya, or any of that. It’s about a step-by-step process to transform you into something unnatural: a machine which will be controlled by someone, or an entity, other than yourself. You discover, when you read up on transhumanism, that there is barely an attempt to hide the end goal from the public. The only thing I can attribute that to is supreme arrogance, as well as extreme contempt for you.
SINGULARITY
“These are all serious considerations to keep in mind as we move forward towards what the transhumanists refer to as the ‘singularity.’ This is the point at which man and machine become one hybrid entity. Ray Kurzweil, one of the foremost personalities associated with the transhumanist movement (and a leading authority at Google), speaks quite frequently about this ‘singularity.' One of his key works that outlines some of the plans of the transhumanist movement is a book called "The Age of Spiritual Machines."5
In the Acknowledgements section of Ray Kurzweil’s book, The Age of Spiritual Machines, there are two things that I notice. Firstly, the four pages of acknowledgements that he extended, a.) to those associated with the production of his book, b.) to those who may have been friends and associates; and, c.) to family members. Secondly, I notice his acknowledgements to “… all the scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and artists who are busy creating the age of spiritual machines.”6
I know nothing about him whatsoever, personally. But, when reading the range of his personal and professional associations, it seems that such a range would indicate that Mr. Kurzwell is a “well-balanced” individual. I’m no psychologist, so I am not in a position to assume anything about his psychological state, nor do I know whether or not his, or anyone’s, range of associations can be used as measurement for determining the nature of one’s psychological health.
My central beef with notions such as transgenderism, transhumanism/posthumanism/singularity, etc., revolves around my strong sense that the actual attempts to transform humanity by what I consider to be an artificial means of forcing a fabricated evolutionary leap “forward,” are disconnected from soul; from spirit; from Supra Consciousness or the Supra Mental State. Yet, I cannot, in fairness to Mr. Kurzwell (and in fairness to myself), make a single statement, one way or the other, about his spiritual state. Nor is it my business to attempt to draw conclusions about the spiritual state of any individual, whether scientist, engineer, entrepreneur, artist, or any person of any field who is intent on creating “spiritual machines.”
What I can do is state that, in my mind, the very idea of attempting to force what might be perceived as an evolutionary leap forward by employing the use of the physical, mental, and consciousness aspects of human beings, as well as silicon semiconductor microchips, wires, steel, rubber, aluminum, kevlar, biodegradable ‘smart’ materials and other materials, without taking into consideration the existence of that which animates human beings, i.e., THE SOUL, sounds a bit reckless, as well as dangerous.
Nevertheless, let’s move forward and delve into Singularity. What is Singularity? As I said in the Introduction to this series,
“Though the concept of Singularity derived from one idea that emerged through the study of the evolution of the universe, it has different meanings for different areas of human endeavor—natural sciences, social systems, technology, robotics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), etc.”
So first, let’s see what that “one idea” stems from. This is rather complicated, and involves the creation of the universe, time, matter, forces, evolution, concepts such as chaos, etc.
First, one begins with the assumption that the universe was created 15 billion years ago. In an infinitesimally tiny increment of time that none of us can actually conceptualize, the universe cooled off sufficiently enough to create the force of gravity. Next, that same incomprehensible increment of time allowed for the creation of matter in the form of electrons and quarks. Don’t ask me what a “quark” is. The only Quark I’ve ever known was this guy from my favorite science fiction television program, Star Trek the Next Generation.
Oh, I almost forgot! Forces called strong force and electroweak force appear. Then, after another ridiculously immeasurable amount of time, the electroweak force split into the electromagnetic and weak forces. So, we’re in a process of creation. Temperature cools down, more “time” passed, and the quarks formed protons and neutrons. I’m taking my time, trying to be fair to these proponents and cheer leaders for the idea of Singularity, an idea that they appear to believe opens the door for the acceptance of human beings as gods. Hang in there with me!!
“Antiquarks” produced “antiprotons.” Protons and antiprotons collided to form light (photons). This somehow destroyed most of “antimatter,” leaving matter as dominant over antimatter. After about a second, electrons and antielectrons (called positrons) clashed, leaving mostly electrons the winner. Notice that, time-wise, for each phase, the length of time between occurrences increased.
Keep that time issue in mind, because the change and the rate of change of time increments between occurrences is crucial in understanding Singularity, as well as understanding how the god complex that saturates the psyches of those who appear to desire both the continued creation and “advancement” of robots, as well as the strong desire of the merging of man and machine, was developed.
Another minute passed, and neutrons and protons merged, but into a number of different forms, such as helium, lithium, and types of hydrogen. At this point (they somehow figured out), the temperature was now only a billion degrees. Obviously, neither we nor any form of life that we know of were on the set yet.
Now, about 300,000 years later, the first atoms were created. The temperature was “only” 3000 degrees and processes were slowing down rapidly (another time issue to keep in mind).
After about a billion years, atoms formed large clouds and those large clouds formed galaxies. Another two billion years passed, and the matter inside galaxies transformed into distinct stars, many of which had their own solar systems. Three billion years later, earth was formed. (YEAAAAAAHHHHH!!!)
Okay, now we have to talk about time, in part because Singularity proponents [i.e., those who wish to use technology to artificially rush human evolution from now into the “infinite” future, to the point where human beings live eternally, as they believe will happen once they take over from Mamma Nature] just ain’t happy with how slow, in their view, Mamma operates. (You know how children can get).
Things moved fast, at first, at the creation of the universe. Later, big stuff [that’s a technical term] took billions of years to occur. Time either increases or decreases, exponentially, in speed, despite some periods when time moves linearly, the scientists claim. That is time’s nature. (I wonder if the Singularity, forced evolution proponents ever think about the fact that the human process of exhalation is longer than inhalation, and how that natural process might compare, if at all, to the exponential increases and exponential decreases in the speed of time. Perhaps Mother Nature is breathing just fine, and she needs no “help” from Singularity folks. Just a thought).
Another important issue to Singularity folks is the relative nature of time. For example, suppose a man could travel to a star that is 20 light-years away, and do so at the speed of light. He would arrive there in about one second. From his perspective, going out to that star, and then back to earth from that star would take about 2 seconds. But, because of the speed of time on this earth, as it revolves about its own axis, and around the sun, when he returns from that star his wife would have aged by 40 years (having left him for another man, 20 years earlier). So, as Albert Einstein had said, time is relative to the entities experiencing it.
Well, Mamma Nature has some more steps to take to reach what Singularity-minded technologists view as the eventual goal: The use of technology as “a human-sponsored variant of evolution,”7 as if human-created technology is some natural part of the evolution of the universe, and of the evolution of humans, rather than simply a tool that humans created and use. Tools do not evolve. We evolve (however you wish to understand that which is called evolution). We improve, in part by using our intellect.
We’ve had many tools before, from our “caveman club” to our horse-drawn buggies to our implements of war to our manufacture of automobiles, etc. But tell me: When, along the way, did we insert chips in our brains, which is an essential part of the transhumanist/post humanist desire to create us as slaves and our overlords as gods? Never.
Before Einstein, the Cartesian/Newtonian,8 classical mechanics model of the universe "had described a world of clockwork perfection in which particles and objects of all sizes followed highly disciplined, predictable patterns..."9 Albert Einstein came and threw a brick in the works.
The other issues that I have revolve around two questions.
Are we unknowingly suppressing our advancement [or allowing others to do so] by assuming that the only dimensions that exist, and that can be explored, are the physical, mental (which includes consciousness) and vital levels of the human entity, to the exclusion of the Supramental? (See table above)
What is the source of our apparent need to do all in our power to artificially “enhance” the human entity to some superhuman level, to “the point at which man and machine become one hybrid entity?” Could the source of this need be one, or all, of the following:
Some form of dissatisfaction with our lives as they are? In this short, 1-minute, 20-second video cut, Dr. Camille Paglia speaks of a cyclical phenomena—the appearance of androgyny—that has always occurred in human history when a culture begins to unravel because it “no longer believes in itself,” as Dr. Paglia put it.
What can be more of a sign that this may yet again be occurring, this time in Western civilization, than the transgender movement, a movement that seeks to deny our fundamental, male and female binary-gender identities? Can we accurately say that an androgynous consciousness has created the fiction that there now exists 72 genders, with gender No. 14 defined as “Androgyne: A person feels a combination of feminine and masculine genders”?Fear of death?
Belief that there is no form of existence past our physical lives, so, as is envisioned by Singularity proponents, an attempt must be made to artificially create human life as eternal? In short, to create Superman?
